Pardhan Mantri Awas Yojna (Gramin)

The name of the Indira Awas Yojana has been changed to the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme (Rural) by the Government of India from 1 April 2016. The goal of this scheme is to provide houses to all eligible beneficiaries by the year 2022. Under the scheme, the applicants who have 0,1 and 2 rooms in the kutcha house and their list has been prepared from the data of SECC-2011 Data Socio Economic Caste Census-2011, according to the Gram Panchayat according to the scheme received from Chandigarh Headquarters. Has happened. After the physical examination of the houses of the applicants registered in this list, after identifying the eligible beneficiaries and accepting them in the Gram Sabha, they have to provide financial assistance for making the house. In this financial year 2016-17, the target of 1248 houses has been set under this scheme.

The amount of Rs 1.50 lakhs will be given to the beneficiary under this scheme as given below.

An amount of 18,000 rupees from the state will be released by the following period of completion of the house.

Apart from this, the unskilled wages of 90 to 95 days will be given as per the guidelines of the MNREGA scheme by the Swachh Bharat Mission for the construction of an amount of Rs. 12000 /-.
